What we collect
- Account & order details — name, email, phone, shipping address.
- Order contents — products you purchase and quantities.
- Pharmacist chat — anything you choose to share when contacting our pharmacist desk.
- Technical — IP, browser, device info, basic analytics (no advertising trackers).
How we use it
Only to: process and ship your orders, provide pharmacist support, comply with state and federal pharmacy regulations, prevent fraud, and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information. We do not run third-party ad pixels.
HIPAA notice
Urmedscorner is a covered entity for any Protected Health Information (PHI) you provide in connection with pharmacist services. PHI is used and disclosed only for treatment, payment, healthcare operations, and as required by law. You have the right to access, amend, or request restrictions on your PHI. Cookies
We use a session cookie to remember your cart and to keep you signed in to the admin panel. No third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.
Data retention & security
Order records are retained for 7 years to comply with state pharmacy board requirements. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized staff.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your information; to opt out of sale (we don't sell); and to lodge a complaint with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Contact urmedscorner@gmail.com to exercise any right.
Children
Urmedscorner is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
