Return window
You may request a return or refund within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this window may not be eligible.
What's eligible
- Items that are unopened and in their original, sealed packaging.
- Orders that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — we'll replace or refund these at no cost to you.
- Orders that never arrived after the carrier confirmed a delivery problem.
What's non-returnable
For safety and regulatory reasons, opened or used medication and any product with a broken seal cannot be returned once delivered, unless it arrived damaged or incorrect. This protects every customer and is standard practice for pharmacy products.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We'll ship a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
How to start a return
Email urmedscorner@gmail.com or use our contact form with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team replies within one business day with next steps and a return address where applicable.
Refund timing
Once your return is received and inspected (or a damaged/incorrect claim is approved), refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
