Shipping Policy
Every order ships discreetly with tracking. Standard shipping is free on orders over $35, and most packages arrive within 3–4 business days anywhere in the contiguous United States, including all of California.
Order processing
Orders are reviewed by our staff pharmacist and typically processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.
Delivery speed & cost
- Standard (3–4 business days): free on orders over $35, otherwise a flat $4.95.
- Express: faster overnight/2-day delivery is available at checkout for $12.95 where eligible.
- HSA / FSA cards are accepted for eligible OTC items at checkout.
Tracking your order
A tracking number is emailed to you the moment your order leaves our facility, so you can follow it door to door. If you haven't received tracking within two business days, contact us and we'll look into it right away.
Discreet packaging
Privacy matters. All orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging with no indication of the contents. Your information is handled in line with our Privacy & HIPAA Notice.
Where we ship
We ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states, with same-network delivery throughout California — Los Angeles, San Diego, Santa Barbara, Palm Springs, Malibu, Santa Monica and beyond. See our California service area. We do not currently ship internationally.
Delays & address accuracy
Delivery windows are estimates and can be affected by weather, carrier backlogs, or peak periods. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can't be responsible for packages sent to an incorrectly entered address, though we'll always help you resolve an issue where we can.
