Please read these Terms carefully. By creating an account, checking out, or placing an order on Urmedscorner, you accept these Terms and acknowledge the risks described below.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to place an order. You agree to provide accurate, current information at signup and at checkout.
Over-the-counter products only
Every product offered on Urmedscorner is over-the-counter (OTC) under FDA monograph or sold as a dietary supplement under DSHEA. We do not carry prescription drugs or controlled substances. Statements about supplements have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Assumption of risk — read carefully
You acknowledge and agree that the purchase, use, and consumption of any product sold on Urmedscorner is at your own risk. You are responsible for reading the product label, following dosage instructions, and consulting a qualified healthcare professional before use — especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking other medication, have a pre-existing condition, or are administering the product to a minor or elderly person.
Urmedscorner, its pharmacists, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any adverse reaction, allergic response, drug interaction, side effect, injury, illness, or loss arising from your use or misuse of any product, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct, and except as required by applicable law.
No medical advice
Pharmacist chat support is informational only. It is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment by your own licensed physician. In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.
Orders, pricing & payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Payment options accepted are cash on delivery, bank transfer, and pay on pickup. We do not store credit-card numbers.
Shipping & delivery
We ship within the 50 U.S. states. Standard shipping is free over $35 and typically arrives within 2–4 business days. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
Returns & refunds
Unopened products may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Opened OTC items and supplements are non-refundable for safety reasons. Damaged or defective shipments must be reported within 7 days for a free replacement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Urmedscorner's total liability arising out of or in connection with any product or service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Urmedscorner is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Urmedscorner and its team from any claim, loss, or expense arising out of your misuse of any product or breach of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Essex County, New Jersey.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on this page along with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
